Spacious 3,800 sq ft hilltop retreat with room for the whole family. Three bedrooms, 8 beds, and 2.5 baths, sleeping 10 guests. Wide open living space, a fully stocked kitchen, a bonus room stocked with games and puzzles, and a screened patio looking out over the Texas Hill Country.

THE SPACE

The home is built around one large open living area, so your group can spread out without splitting up. There's an 85-inch TV for movie nights, plus a bonus room with recliners and an oversized bean bag chair, stocked with board games, puzzles, and coloring books for when the screens go off. The kitchen is fully equipped with full-size appliances, cookware, a coffee maker, and a dining table that seats everyone at once.

Sleeping arrangements, 10 guests total:
- Primary bedroom: king bed with en suite bath. Sleeps 2.
- Guest bedroom: king bed plus a bunk with a full-size bed on the bottom and a twin on top. Sleeps 4.
- Bunk room: two bunks, each with a full-size bed on the bottom and a twin on top. Sleeps 4.

The bunks have full-size beds on the bottom rather than twins, so they work for adults as easily as kids.

OUTDOORS

The screened patio is where most guests end up: coffee in the morning, conversation at night, and a breeze that keeps things comfortable even in a Texas summer. Beyond it, a spacious private yard, pine trees, native wildflowers in spring, and long sunrise and sunset views from the top of the hill.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests have access to the entire home, including the garage. We'll send a door code before you arrive. The metal building near the street is not part of the rental.
