Additionally, there is a CD player and a fully automatic fireplace—whose gentle crackling on winter evenings creates a unique soundscape.<br><br>A guest restroom on the first floor provides a functional addition to the living area.<br><br>Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with double beds (160 × 200). Designed to resemble a backstage area, this space features two shower rooms for maximum privacy. An additional guest restroom on the upper floor provides extra comfort—ideal for couples or friends who are sharing a vacation home on the Darß Peninsula but still appreciate having their own private spaces.<br><br>The outdoor area invites you to enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air and unwind—whether with a book, a glass of wine, or music under the open sky.<br><br>A special highlight is the shared sauna on the property, which can be operated independently via a coin-operated machine. After a walk on the beach or a bike ride through the Bodden landscape, it offers pleasant warmth and relaxation.<br><br>Dogs are also welcome upon request, so nothing stands in the way of a vacation on the Darß with your four-legged companion.
