Numbered outdoor parking spaces and underground parking spaces are available on the premises for an additional fee; there is also a public paid parking lot in front of the building. Guests have access to a pool open daily and a sauna. Kołobrzeg offers numerous recreational and cultural activities year-round, as well as a diverse range of dining options.

The apartments at Resorts Kołobrzeg are located in the western part of Kołobrzeg, away from the hustle and bustle of the city and surrounded by the greenery of the NATURA 2000 Park. This location guarantees clean air, picturesque views, and direct contact with nature. Plażowa Street, with its wide sidewalks and bike paths, is part of the R10 bike route. A five-minute walk via direct access to the sea is all it takes to reach the wide, sandy “West Beach”; a dog beach is also located nearby. All apartments are high-quality and feature functional, fully equipped kitchenettes as well as spacious terraces overlooking the courtyard or the greenery of the NATURA 2000 Park. In front of the building, there is a public, paid city parking lot (limited number of spaces). On the premises, there is a numbered outdoor parking lot as well as parking spaces in the underground garage, which are assigned to most apartments and can be used for an additional fee. The property features a swimming pool, open daily from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., as well as a sauna, open daily from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. The pool is located in Building A; there is no direct access to Building A from Building B.

There is also a wide selection of restaurants and cafés. Kołobrzeg offers numerous seasonal attractions in both winter and summer. During the summer season, you can enjoy the beach, bike paths, and cultural events. In winter, outdoor activities as well as local events and festivals are available.

The selected apartment uses the Click&Stay service. A few days before your arrival, you will receive an email with a link to the Click&Stay stay manager. You’ll need to use this to complete the necessary formalities before your arrival, such as: tourist tax, security deposit, signing the rental agreement, and any fees for a parking space or bringing a pet.

In select properties, access to the apartment is either via a code or by picking up the keys from a key box. The code will be available in Click&Stay on the day of check-in once the formalities have been completed.

If you encounter any problems, you can also complete all formalities at the local office. The local office is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Check-in is available starting at 4:00 PM. Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM.

• The damage deposit is 300 PLN. It consists of a pre-authorization (hold) on the guest’s card. The funds held on the card will be released within 5 days after check-out.

• The release of the security deposit held on the card depends on the bank where the guest holds their payment card and may take between 7 and 14 days.

• Tourist tax (currently 6.35 PLN per night per person).

• The apartment has an underground parking garage, which is subject to an additional fee.

• Pets are allowed in the selected apartment. The fee for staying with a pet is 40 PLN per day.

• The apartments are equipped with bed linens and towels.

Up to 14 days before arrival: 25% of the total booking amount
Otherwise, 90% of the total booking amount.
