Numbered outdoor parking spaces and underground parking spaces are available on the premises for an additional fee; there is also a public paid parking lot in front of the building. Guests have access to a pool open daily and a sauna. Kołobrzeg offers numerous recreational and cultural activities year-round, as well as a diverse range of dining options.

A five-minute walk via direct access to the sea is all it takes to reach the wide, sandy “West Beach”; a dog beach is also located nearby. All apartments are high-quality and feature functional, fully equipped kitchenettes as well as spacious terraces overlooking the courtyard or the greenery of the NATURA 2000 Park. In front of the building, there is a public, paid city parking lot (limited number of spaces). On the premises, there is a numbered outdoor parking lot as well as parking spaces in the underground garage, which are assigned to most apartments and can be used for an additional fee. The property features a swimming pool, open daily from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., as well as a sauna, open daily from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. The pool is located in Building A; there is no direct access to Building A from Building B.

The selected apartment uses the Click&Stay service. A few days before your arrival, you will receive an email with a link to the Click&Stay stay manager. You’ll need to use this to complete the necessary formalities before your arrival, such as: tourist tax, security deposit, signing the rental agreement, and any fees for parking or bringing a pet.

In select properties, access to the apartment is either via a code or by picking up the keys from a key box. The code will be available in Click&Stay on the day of check-in after the formalities have been completed.

If you encounter any problems, you can also complete all formalities at the local office. The local office is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Check-in is available starting at 4:00 PM. Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM.

• The damage deposit is 300 PLN. It consists of a pre-authorization (hold) on the guest’s card. The funds on the card will be released within 5 days after check-out.

• The release of the security deposit held on the card depends on the bank where the customer holds their payment card and may take between 7 and 14 days.

• Tourist tax (currently 6.35 PLN per night per person).

• The apartment has a parking space, which is available for an additional fee.

• Pets are allowed in the selected apartment. The fee for staying with a pet is 40 PLN per day.

• The apartments are equipped with bed linens and towels.

Cancellation policy:
The following fees apply in the event of a cancellation:
Up to 14 days before arrival: 25% of the total booking amount
Otherwise, 90% of the total booking amount.
