With just under 110 m², the house offers plenty of space for up to 6 people—ideal for families, friends, or multigenerational trips.

As soon as you walk in, you’ll be greeted by a bright, welcoming entryway. From here, you’ll enter the spacious living and dining area with an open kitchen. Large windows flood the house with light, while the wood-burning stove creates a warm, cozy atmosphere—perfect for long evenings after exploring the island.

The adjoining, south-facing sun terrace stretches the entire length of the house. Here you can barbecue, relax, and enjoy the peace and quiet of the surroundings. The fully fenced-in garden surrounds the property and is a real highlight—ideal for children and dogs, who can play here safely and freely.

Upstairs, three bright bedrooms await you:
– two rooms with a double bed and closet
– a lovingly decorated children’s room with two single beds

The modern, naturally lit bathroom with a shower and bathtub rounds out the living space. Another shower room is located on the first floor—and there you’ll also find the home’s special highlight: the private sauna, which you can use whenever you like.
