Our non-smoking apartment (40 square meters) on the 1st floor offers a fantastic view of the surrounding mountains and Lake Tegernsee from the balcony. The apartment is lovingly furnished in the Bavarian style, and the living room also features a fold-out couch that can accommodate one additional person.
Our fully equipped open kitchen includes, among other things, a microwave with baking and broiling functions.
The separate bedroom features a double bed (2 m x 2 m) with separate mattresses.

From the balconies, you can enjoy the view of Lake Tegernsee and the surrounding mountains. A sun terrace and a large garden with a lawn for sunbathing further invite you to make the most of your vacation.

There is also a slide and a swing for children in the garden.
Parking spaces are available on the property.
