Welcome to our fully furnished vacation rental on the first floor, located in a beautiful part of Bayerisch Gmain. The apartment features two bedrooms, a separate living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom, and a balcony.
Whether on foot, by car, or by public transportation, Bayerisch Gmain is the ideal starting point for hikes, bike rides, trips to the beach, and cultural excursions. You can reach many attractions in no time.
The festival city of Salzburg can be reached by bus or train. By car, the trip takes about 20 minutes.
During your stay, you can use the city bus and all public transportation (including the bus to Salzburg) for free with your guest card!!

A selection of information, including hiking tips, excursion ideas, and dining options, is available in the vacation rental. Bed linens, towels, and final cleaning are already included in the price.

Our vacation rental features a cozy bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds, all including bed linens. The bathroom has a bathtub with a shower. Towels and bath towels are provided. In the kitchen and dining area, you’ll find all the appliances and utensils you need for a pleasant stay. Enjoy the beautiful view of the Untersberg and the Predigtstuhl from your balcony. Our apartment is located in a quiet area and is the ideal starting point for hikes and bike rides. From the Straußstrasse vacation apartment, you’ll have a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains of Bayerisch Gmain, Bad Reichenhall, and the neighboring Austrian town of Großgmain and the Salzburg region. Public transportation is within walking distance and can be used free of charge with the guest card.
