The approximately 90-square-meter vacation apartment is located on the first floor and features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and two terraces. The fully equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, an oven with microwave function, an induction stove, and a large refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment, as well as a fully automatic coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, and a blender. Adjacent to the kitchen is an utility room with a washing machine. The open-concept living area features a light-filled, modern design, and the two terraces offer sweeping views across the fields, the lagoon, and the water. The spacious bathrooms each feature a floor-to-ceiling shower with a glass enclosure, a sink, a toilet, and a hair dryer. The bedrooms feature box-spring double beds (1 measuring 1.60 x 2.00 m and 1 measuring 1.80 x 2.00 m). There is a flat-screen TV in both the living room and one of the bedrooms, and a game console (PS4) is also available. Suitable for families. Pets are welcome.
The bike storage room contains an electric grill cart and 2 garden loungers, which can be brought out onto the patio as needed. A travel crib and high chair can be requested by phone from the property manager, subject to availability.

The initial set of bed linens and towels is not included in the total price. If needed, these can be added to your reservation for a fee.

In addition, there are two electric car charging stations on the property, and ample free parking is available. The large outdoor area features landscaped gardens and is partially surrounded by a boulder wall with plantings.

An initial supply of bed linens and towels, as well as travel cribs and a high chair, can be booked for an additional fee.

The houses at 25 Lasse Thoresen and 33 Antonin Dvorak have a barrel sauna in the garden. In addition, apartments 20 Georg Händl, 21 Johann Mattheson, and 23 Sebastian Bach share a barrel sauna in the garden.
