The apartment has a large terrace with comfortable seating, from which you can enjoy the magnificent view of the mountains. The terrace is surrounded by a large green area within the complex, ideal for children to play.Free parking spaces are available in the complex. In the basement there is a drying room for skis and shoes, as well as a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The resort has a spacious spa area with an indoor pool, sauna, steam bath and fitness room, leaving nothing to be desired.NEW: There is a bistro/bar on the premises where you can have breakfast and snacksenjoy a cosy evening.In winter, Rauris offers a wonderful family ski area with very well-groomed slopes for beginners and experts, as well as ski schools.
