This spacious, moored houseboat offers you all the comforts of a modern, high-quality vacation apartment with a sun deck and rooftop terrace across its 40 square meters of living space. In the cozy, light-filled living room with an open kitchen, you can relax on the couch or in an armchair, or gather around the spacious table for a delicious meal or a game night.

The well-equipped kitchen, complete with all essential appliances, a stovetop, and a microwave, leaves nothing to be desired. The dishwasher helps you get back to focusing on the essentials of your vacation quickly. Inside the houseboat, you’ll find two comfortable bedrooms in addition to the living area, as well as a modern shower room and a separate toilet. The first large bedroom features two floor-to-ceiling windows and a panoramic window, offering a sweeping view of the Schlei from the double bed. The double bed is accessible from both sides—a first for houseboats. The second bedroom features a cozy bunk bed and a floor-to-ceiling window with a sweeping view, even from the top bunk. Of course, there’s also Wi-Fi and a TV, and you’ll find plenty of storage space in the closets in each room.

From the 50-square-meter upper deck, you’ll enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view of Schleswig and the Schlei, a Baltic Sea fjord, including the Möweninsel nature reserve. Make yourself comfortable in the cozy outdoor lounge set with a specialty coffee from the Nespresso capsule machine and unwind while gazing out at the water. Or enjoy the maritime atmosphere in exclusive, front-row style on the lower, covered, and wind-protected terrace with a sundowner and grilled fish. You can get it right next door, fresh off the fishing boat.

Once you’ve refueled, there’s plenty to discover: The central location offers excellent opportunities for a trip ashore—for example, to the old fishing district of Holm or to Gottorf Castle. Right near the harbor, you’ll find plenty of shopping options, cafés, and restaurants, as well as the tourist information office and a bike rental shop. By bike, you can explore the Haitabu Viking Museum and numerous quaint villages nestled in the countryside. Or you can take a cruise along the Schlei on the historic saloon steamer “Wappen von Schleswig.” Numerous natural swimming spots, lakes, and the nearby Baltic Sea beaches also offer a refreshing escape on summer days and invite you to take long walks in the spring and fall.
