Enjoy your stay in our lovingly designed Wera vacation apartment, located on the first floor of a charming, historic villa in an elegant spa-style architecture. Situated in the idyllic Baltic Sea resort of Zempin, the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach is just a 7-minute walk away. The 45 m² apartment captivates with its nostalgic charm and invites you to relax and unwind. 

Thanks to its excellent location, you can reach the train station in Zempin in just a few minutes, from where you can conveniently explore the beautiful island of Usedom by public transportation. The nearby town of Zinnowitz is also just a short drive away and delights visitors with a perfect combination of relaxation, maritime charm, and a fresh sea breeze—a real highlight for any vacation! Of course, a free parking space is available right on the property.

Bed linens are provided so you can feel right at home! Please bring your own towels. We’re happy to provide a high chair for our little guests. Unfortunately, a crib is not available. Pets are welcome—we simply ask that you let us know in advance. The property is enclosed but not fully fenced, which creates a pleasant, open atmosphere! 

Our villa, over 100 years old, exudes its very own charm. The historic floorboards may creak gently in some places—a charming detail that underscores the character of the house. The bathroom, kitchen, and living room share a common hallway with the neighboring vacation rental. At the back of the property, a cozy terrace with seating and a grill invites you to linger—perfect for balmy summer nights. 
Please note that a security deposit is required for your stay. This is due along with the final payment, serves as a guarantee, and will, of course, be refunded to you after the property has been returned in good condition.



Wera Vacation Rental:

Our lovingly furnished vacation apartment offers a cozy living area where you can spend unforgettable moments together—whether it’s an exciting game night or a cozy movie night. 

From the living area, you’ll find the bedroom, which is furnished with a comfortable double bed—the perfect place for restful nights and sweet dreams. If you need additional sleeping space, you can use the sofa bed in the living room as an extra bed. 

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals—cooking here is a real pleasure! 

The bathroom, complete with a shower and toilet, is ideal for freshening up and perfect for a great start to the day.

The vacation rental also warmly welcomes your well-behaved four-legged friend! Pets are welcome to stay with us, but must be registered or booked in advance. The property is enclosed but not fully fenced—ideal for relaxing walks with your pet! 

Please note that a security deposit of 150€ is required in addition to the remaining balance.
