This bright and beautiful 3-room vacation apartment is a wonderful vacation home for the whole family. From the balcony, you’ll enjoy a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea over the first row of low-rise buildings. The cozy living and dining area, featuring a dining table and sofa nook, exudes comfort and a warm, inviting atmosphere thanks to its harmonious decor with maritime elements and high-quality hardwood floors. The modern kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, stove, and microwave and is open to the living and dining area. The first bedroom features a comfortable double bed (2x 80 x 200 cm), and the second has a bunk bed (each 90 x 185 cm). The bathroom with shower is located inside the unit. The beach is just a few steps away without having to cross any streets. Parking space included.

The vacation rental offers our guests free Wi-Fi during their stay.

Please bring your own bed linens and towels, or you can rent them for a fee for the duration of your stay.

Dogs are permitted for a fee upon prior registration.

A laundry room is located on the premises and can be used for a fee.

From spring through late summer, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies. The birds and their nests are strictly protected under nature conservation laws and must not be removed. As a rule, the balconies can still be used during the breeding season.


Complex:

The “Ferienpark Sierksdorf” apartment complex is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of town and directly on the Baltic Sea. The beach is easily accessible without having to cross any roads—particularly convenient for families with children. The gently sloping beach section offers good conditions for swimming and is patrolled during the season from May through September. A separate dog beach is also available in a somewhat quieter location. The newly redesigned promenade is perfect for relaxing days at the beach and leisurely walks; we highly recommend the beautiful cliffside trail along Neustadt Bay.

Various recreational activities around the vacation park provide plenty of variety. Nearby amenities include beach restaurants, a seasonal bread kiosk, beach chair rentals, mini-golf, bowling, and table tennis. The famous Hansa-Park, with its numerous rides and attractions, is within easy walking distance. An indoor swimming pool is located in the neighboring Panoramic apartment complex. Shopping, a gas station, and an ATM can be found in nearby Neustadt in Holstein.

Sierksdorf itself is a quiet, family-friendly Baltic Sea resort between Scharbeutz and Neustadt in Holstein. The beach, cliffs, and the charming landscape of Lübeck Bay offer wonderful opportunities for walks and bike rides along the coast or into the green countryside.
