Completely renovated in 2017, this vacation home offers guests a living experience filled with light and sweeping views of the outdoors.
From the balcony, the terrace, the vine arbor, and the wooden cabin, your gaze wanders over the surrounding Carinthian mountains. Space and freedom—as far as the eye can see. Surrounded by many small secluded spots in the expansive garden (600 m², fully fenced), tall trees provide wonderful shade. All to yourselves! The materials used in this cozy, well-furnished vacation home—with a total living area of 138 m² spread over two floors—create a pleasant atmosphere and ensure a restful night’s sleep.
Ground Floor

On-site costs: The daily rate applies to the entire vacation home, including all utilities, and is based on occupancy by up to 4 people. • Lodging tax: €2.70 per person/day (ages 17 and older; charged separately) • Lodging tax: €4.50 per person/night (effective November 1, 2026) • Each additional person: €15.00 utility surcharge per day • Parking space: free of charge • Garage: available as an optional add-on • Pets: €15.00 per dog per day (maximum of 2 dogs allowed)
