Your spacious vacation rental offers plenty of room for up to six people to enjoy a relaxing vacation. Your vacation rental is equipped with a new kitchen, including appliances and a dishwasher, a dining table with seating, two large double beds, a pull-out sofa bed, a smart TV, and a modern bathroom with a shower and toilet.
From the balcony, you can enjoy the sun and the stunning view of the surrounding mountains when the weather is nice. Some units offer a view of Lake Millstatt.
Your four-legged friend is also very welcome here. For final cleaning when a dog is present, a one-time surcharge of EUR 15.00 will be added to the standard final cleaning fee. Since all of our vacation apartments are brand new, we charge a €300 security deposit. This will, of course, be refunded at the end of your stay provided no damage has occurred. Please inquire about bringing multiple pets.

The house is situated in a quiet location at 840 meters above sea level, offering a stunning view of the surrounding mountains and, in some areas, of Lake Millstatt. Our vacation apartments were renovated and refurnished in 2023/2024.
Enjoy your getaway in bright and cozy vacation apartments, where you can escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. 
The vacation apartments are equipped with bed linens and towels. Each apartment features a balcony or terrace.
The gravel/unpaved parking spaces are located directly in front of the house. There is also plenty of space for your bicycles, mountain bikes, or skis.

The location of our house serves as an ideal starting point for many hiking and mountain biking tours in the surrounding mountains. Stage 1 of the Via Paradiso hiking and mountain biking tour passes just a few meters from our house, as does the Alpe Adria Trail.
You can reach the town centers of Millstatt or Döbriach by car in 10 minutes. There you’ll find all the shopping options you need, as well as bars and restaurants. You can also reach the beaches in Millstatt and Döbriach by car in 10 minutes.
The apartments feature Wi-Fi and Ethernet connections, making them ideal for remote work (workation).

There is a laundry room in the building where you can use a washing machine and dryer for a small fee (upon request). In the Millstättersee region, you can use the Millstätter-See-Inclusive-Card (MIC). You can pick this up at our house, and it’s included in the price. The MIC offers access to beaches, cultural attractions, nature experiences, excursion destinations, and numerous benefits around the lake. In addition, you’ll enjoy free rides on the S-Bahn lines in Carinthia, discounted transportation within the region, and many other benefits. You can find more information here.
