Enjoy the sunny south-facing location and the magnificent view of the spa gardens from your own balcony, which measures approximately 15 square meters, or from the terrace, which is also approximately 15 square meters. Air conditioning ensures comfortable temperatures year-round.

The apartment features two fully equipped kitchens, perfect for cooking and dining together. Satellite TV is available in all rooms, and Wi-Fi ensures seamless connectivity throughout your stay.

Our decentralized ventilation system ensures the required air exchange and provides a comfortable and healthy flow of fresh air in all apartments. All apartments are equipped with Wi-Fi and flat-screen TVs in all living rooms and bedrooms and are accessible via a passenger elevator from the underground parking garage to the top floor.

Free outdoor parking spaces are available. We charge €8.00 per day for an underground parking space.
