We offer a 3-room apartment measuring 85 square meters, featuring a large room with a dining area, a living room with a large flat-screen TV and a sofa, and a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, a fully automatic coffee maker, oven, refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, and other appliances such as a toaster, electric kettle, and coffee maker; a smaller room with a double bed; a large bedroom with an L-shaped double bed; a bathroom with underfloor heating (including in the shower), an additional guest restroom with a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, and cleaning supplies; Wi-Fi, a large terrace, a parking space, bed linens, and towels. Final cleaning is included in the price if the property is left swept clean (a cleaning fee will be charged for heavy soiling).
The Chiemsee-Idyll is an ideal starting point for hikes and mountain bike tours in the nearby mountains or directly along Lake Chiemsee. You can also take a boat ride across Lake Chiemsee to Fraueninsel and Herreninsel. Wi-Fi and parking at Chiemsee-Idyll are free of charge. You’ll be staying 1 km from the A8 highway, 82 km from Munich, and 60 km from downtown Salzburg, yet you’ll still enjoy a peaceful, green setting—ideal for excursions, short walks to the lake, and pure rest and relaxation! For us, it’s a unique location in the Chiemgau region; and we also enjoy the proximity to the lake and the mountains, as well as to Salzburg and Munich. Discover Lake Chiemsee—including its islands—in all its glory, whether it’s swimming, biking, hiking, stand-up paddleboarding, sailing, kitesurfing, boating, paragliding, and more...Hikes up the local mountains, such as the Kampenwand and the Wendelstein, as well as many others, are available at a wide range of difficulty levels. Some of these can also be reached by aerial cableway. Culturally, there is plenty to see in Munich, Salzburg, Rosenheim, or throughout the entire Chiemgau region.
