Your Smith Lake adventure begins at this charming 2-bedroom newly built cabin with stunning lake views. Longview cabin has a rustic exterior with a modern interior overlooking Smith Lake and was built with you in mind. Inside, guests find a spacious floor plan with vaulted wood ceilings and a back porch the length of the cabin. Sip morning coffee or evening nightcaps to watch the beautiful sunrises and mezmerizing moonrises. Find a queen bed in the main bedroom and a twin bunk and a twin over full bunk bed in the Bunk room, which is perfect for couples, families or friends. The full bathroom features a spacious refreshing shower, luxury linens, towels and toiletries. With soothing air conditioning and heating, the cabin offers comfort no matter the season. Enjoy the conveniences of a fully stocked kitchen with new appliances and high speed internet. Tow your boat or rent one and dock it at the shared dock with year round deep water. Launch your vessel 1/4 mile down the road at our private neighborhood launch. Lake access from the cabin to lower fire pit, swim deck and dock is down the property owners moderately sloped concrete path driveway by walking or driving down. Unload and park for the day and enjoy all that Smith Lake has to offer. You have your choice of swimming, floating, fishing and tackle, kayaking (2), Paddle boarding (1), or reading a book waterside with exclusive use of the swim deck during your stay. Located in the quaint town of Arley, you’ll be 15 min away from groceries and gas. There are larger grocers 20-40 minutes away in Curry, Jasper and Cullman. A reminder that Arley and Smith Lake are in dry counties. Adult beverages can be purchased in Jasper and Cullman but not consumed on your vessel on Smith Lake. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or exploring outdoors, this cozy cabin provides you a true retreat. Longview is waiting for you. It’s a great place to call homebase while you're away, we hope you enjoy your stay.

I grew up on a lake and introduced my husband to lake living early on in our marriage. We found beautiful Smith Lake in 2016 and built this cabin in 2022 with you in mind. We lived in it while we built our forever home on the same property and now get to share this labor of love with you.

Living in this wonderful rural neighborhood after leaving an overcrowded fast paced city makes us feel like we've lived here for generations. Lake life is a wonderful easy paced life with families like us that have worked hard their entire life to afford the blessings of living on Smith Lake. We are truly blessed to be a part of this charming community.
Our cabin sits atop the 2 1/2 acre lot. Although we don’t currently have pets, we love animals. We have a neighborhood of furry friends with dogs, cats, horses, goats and donkeys and their owners are equally friendly.

You won't find a longer, more spectacular view than from the Longview lake cabin. It’s nestled in the heart of Smith Lake in the Rock Creek area. One of the most desirable locations on Smith Lake tucked in a quiet cove. Deep water year round and one of the cleanest lakes in the nation.
The floor plan is open and spacious with a no clutter contemporary style with a warm and inviting feel. You’ll find all the conveniences of home. The owners are willing to help in any way possible but also respect your privacy. You have the opportunity to launch and tie up your vessel to the shared dock within minutes as the launch area is just down the road from the cabin.
You have exclusive use of the swim deck
throughout your stay with access to all the water toys.
