The “Bärenhöhle” apartment is 83 square meters and is brand-new with modern furnishings. It features a small north/northwest-facing balcony, a 30-square-meter south/southwest-facing rooftop terrace, two bedrooms, each with balcony access, a spacious bathroom with a rain shower, bathtub, and balcony access, and a large open-concept kitchen with two balcony entrances, a dining area, and a large corner sofa bed. The entryway features a coat closet with a shoe rack. The spacious master bedroom features a 1.80-meter-wide solid-wood double bed with a comfortable 25-centimeter-thick mattress, a 50-centimeter entry height, and a high-quality, brand-name slatted frame that is manually adjustable. A larger and a smaller wardrobe with mirrors, as well as an 80x40-cm leather storage chest, provide ample storage space. The wall-mounted smart TV can also be used to access the media library. A 3-meter floor-to-ceiling panoramic window offers enchanting views, and the small balcony with a scenic view is accessible directly from the bedroom. A small desk with a lamp and two chairs can be used as a workspace. The second bedroom, or children’s room, features two 90x200-cm single beds made of solid wood and a corner wall unit. One door leads directly into the bathroom, the other into the kitchen-living room; the balcony door provides direct access to the rooftop terrace. The kitchen-living room is open and accessible from the hallway and features exposed ceiling beams as well as a 180-degree panoramic view through the many large windows. The large corner sofa, upholstered in faux leather, seats the whole family, and two people can sleep on the pull-out sleeping surface, which is 1.20 m wide and 1.95 m long. The kitchen will delight every guest with its exceptionally extensive amenities. In the bathroom, enjoy the luxury of an open, floor-level rain shower or the adjustable showerhead; a fabric shower curtain is provided. The extra-shallow bathtub makes it easier to get in and out. The sunny balcony terrace currently features a cozy lounge set with a small table; a clothes drying rack is also available. By early summer, a dining table with chairs, lounge chairs, and a grill will be available. Two washers and dryers on the first floor may be used by arrangement. The base rate includes towels, bed linens, Wi-Fi, and parking spaces. Extras for children and families: We offer numerous extras depending on the child’s age. Check-in is available starting at 4:00 PM; check-out is between 10:30 AM and 11:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible by arrangement. Pets are allowed upon request. A baby crib/travel crib and many other items important for children and families can be provided free of charge upon request. The tourist tax is 2.50 EUR per night per person for adults aged 16 and older and 1.25 EUR per night per person for children aged 6–16. A deposit of 50% of the total price must be paid by bank transfer upon receipt of the booking confirmation. The remaining 50%, plus the tourist tax, is due 6 weeks before arrival.
