One of the most special features of Cas Seida is its indoor-outdoor design. The private swimming pool is directly connected to the house rather than being tucked away in a separate garden. Step outside and you’re immediately by the water, with the pool, covered patio, sunny terrace and natural landscape becoming an extension of the living space.

Spend your mornings enjoying coffee under the covered patio overlooking the nature and listening to the morning birds, cool off in your private pool, or relax on the open terrace with sun loungers while taking in the views of Aruba’s native vegetation and cacti. An outdoor shower and gas BBQ complete the outdoor experience, making Cas Seida a wonderful place to enjoy Aruba from morning until evening.

The house accommodates up to 6 guests in three fully air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own private ensuite bathroom. Two bedrooms have comfortable 160 x 200 cm beds, while the master bedroom features a spacious 180 x 200 cm bed. The master ensuite includes a double vanity and double rain shower. There is also an additional guest toilet.

At the heart of the home is a modern, fully equipped European kitchen with a large cooking island, induction cooktop, built-in dishwasher, separate built-in refrigerator, freezer and oven, and everything you need for preparing meals at home. The entire house is air-conditioned for your comfort.

At the front of Cas Seida, an automatic remote entrance gate provides access to private on-site parking. At the rear, the property opens toward Aruba’s beautiful natural surroundings rather than being enclosed by walls, creating an unusual feeling of openness and connection with the landscape.

Despite the peaceful setting, everything is conveniently close. Supermarkets and a local bakery are just a few minutes away by car. Surfside Beach is approximately 8 minutes away, Queen Beatrix International Airport about 10 minutes, Eagle Beach around 13 minutes, and Baby Beach approximately 30 minutes away. Driving times may vary with traffic.
