Just a few meters from the “Old Lighthouse” on Wangerooge, our new vacation rental is located on Wangerooge’s most famous street. The house, built in the classic Frisian clinker-brick style, was constructed in 2021 and completed in 2022. Located in the attic of the house, this approximately 70-square-meter vacation rental features modern furnishings and thoughtful details. The apartment is situated right on the corner of Zedeliusstr. and Schulstr. From here, you’re just a short walk from the village center and the beach—the perfect start to your well-deserved vacation.

The apartment is perfect for a vacation for four. Whether you’re traveling with children or friends, both bedrooms feature a double bed and a closet for storing your vacation wardrobe. The bedrooms are complemented by a dresser and bedside shelves.

The natural-light-filled bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower. Of course, the amenities include a large lighted mirror above the sink, a hair dryer, a makeup mirror, and a full set of toiletries. You don’t need to bring hand soap, shower gel, or shampoo—we’ve provided everything for you. To round out the amenities, we’ve also provided fluffy shower towels and hand towels made of organic cotton.

The open-concept living and dining area features large floor-to-ceiling windows opening onto the south-facing balcony. It’s a great place to relax on the couch and enjoy a delicious glass of wine while gazing at the old lighthouse. But the technology is impressive, too. A 50-inch TV will quickly take your mind off the storm and rain when the weather is bad.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Here, you can whip up your favorite dishes on the 4-burner ceramic cooktop and in the oven while everyone else sets the table across from the kitchenette. If anything is missing, please let us know.

The apartment features high-quality tiling. All windows are triple-glazed, and Wi-Fi is available for your use. You’ll love the apartment’s added convenience of a washer and dryer in the storage room.

Since distances on Wangerooge are notoriously short, you’ll be delighted by the apartment’s central location. All shopping options, restaurants, cafés, recreational facilities, and the beach are just a few minutes’ walk away. If you’re planning to bike around the island, all the rental shops are practically right around the corner.
