Experience the magic of the Eifel in our vacation apartment on the first floor, located in the heart of the small Eifel town of Ulmen, with views of the castle ruins, the Maarberg, and the church.<br>The apartment is generously sized and ideal for 2 people. It features a spacious living room with an adjoining sunroom. The fully equipped kitchen with a lovely dining area leaves nothing to be desired.<br>In the bedroom, you’ll find a large, freshly made double bed and a spacious closet. Right next to it is the modern bathroom with natural light and a wheelchair-accessible shower. Unfortunately, access to the house is not wheelchair-accessible!<br>Behind the house is a small backyard with another sunroom and seating areas, which you have exclusive use of.<br>Free parking spaces, as well as garage spaces for your bicycles and motorcycles and an e-bike charging station, are available right next to the house.<br>A wide variety of shopping options are just a few minutes’ walk away.<br>The Ulmener Maar, the Maar Tunnel, the castle ruins, and Postplatz with the Bürgerstube are all within walking distance. Ulmen is an ideal starting point for hikers and cyclists. The well-developed network of biking and hiking trails winds right through the heart of the beautiful Eifel landscape.<br>Other maars, castles, as well as the Nürburgring and the romantic Moselle town of Cochem are all within a 15- to 30-minute drive from here. A trip to Koblenz to see the “Deutsches Eck” or to Trier, Germany’s oldest city, is also well worth it.<br>
