This luxurious 47-square-meter, two-room apartment is located on the first floor and can accommodate up to 3 people.

The modern living/dining area features a fully equipped kitchenette with a 4-zone ceramic cooktop and oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and various kitchen utensils. Adjacent to this is a dining table with four chairs. The cozy living area is furnished with a couch (which converts into a bed for 1 person) and a coffee table. A smart TV, radio, books, and board games are provided for your entertainment.

Adjacent to this is the sunny west-facing terrace with comfortable, high-quality patio furniture.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (box spring with mattress toppers, 180x200) as well as two nightstands, a comfortable armchair, and a large wardrobe.

The apartment is suitable for people with allergies.

The walk-in shower in the bathroom offers great convenience. A toilet, sink, shelf, hair dryer, and a large mirror round out the amenities.

All windows are equipped with pleated blinds for privacy and fly screens.

You don’t have to go without internet access even while on vacation. Wi-Fi access is included for you.

A parking space behind the house and a bicycle rack are included with the rental of the apartment.

Just 250 m from the beautiful, fine-sand Baltic Sea beach lies the Concordia vacation home, which was newly built in 2024. It features 9 modern, light-filled vacation apartments with spacious terraces and balconies.
Right next door rises the Lotsenberg with an observation tower—the former lighthouse. From up there, you’ll enjoy a breathtaking view of the Baltic Sea, the coasts of the offshore islands, the Bodden, and the Mönchgut Peninsula. The diverse landscape captivates with its long sandy beach, cliffs, forests, green meadows, and rolling hills. A cycling and hiking trail runs across the entire Mönchgut Peninsula. Just a short distance away, you’ll find the surfing beach with a kitesurfing school. The famous Rügen market takes place twice a week at the nearby sailing and fishing harbor.
There, you can buy fresh fish, sample many regional delicacies, or purchase interesting handicrafts. Shopping options, the local transit stop, and various restaurants are also located in the immediate vicinity.
