Make yourself at home at this splendid three-story resort home located in the luxurious Palmilla Beach Resort and Golf Community! Enjoy access to incredible amenities, including two elegant resort-style pools that are heated during our winter season. You can take a dip and cool off from the sun or lounge poolside and catch some rays while sipping your favorite drink from the only swim-up bar in Port Aransas. Stay in shape at the fitness center, or stroll across the Dune Crossover Bridge and enjoy the breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. For golf enthusiasts, the Golf Pro Shop offers everything you need for a fun day on the greens. When you return to your majestic home away from home, you will discover a lovely porch swing for outside relaxation and a first floor with beautifully appointed coastal-themed bedrooms. The primary suite enjoys a smart TV, access to a covered porch with seating, and a luxe en suite bath. The remaining bedrooms share a full bathroom and have a smart TV for additional convenience and entertainment. The bedrooms also feature blackout shades, so you can have a restful sleep any time of day. Outside of the first floor, you will find an outdoor shower. You'll find a spacious and bright open floor plan as you approach the second floor. This light-filled space combines the kitchen, living room, and dining area into one - perfect for entertaining. Kick your feet up and unwind peacefully in the welcoming living room, furnished with seaside decor and comfortable sofas in front of a smart TV with surround sound. The adjoining open kitchen is a chef's paradise with modern stainless steel appliances and an attached laundry room with a washer/dryer. The kitchen also offers a griddle, air fryer, and bullet blender, making mealtime a breeze. Spend your evenings chilling on the covered deck featuring a lounge area and speakers - it's ideal for enjoying the breeze and taking in the views. The garage features a foosball table and ice maker. The upper level boasts a private bunk bedroom with a huge smart TV, a small table, a reading nook, and a height-adjustable working desk with a wireless printer. Things to Know2 dogs, weighing 50 lbs or less, welcome in this home. Dreamy Beach Vacation

This home is perfectly located close to the boardwalk for easy beach access. We loved the lay out for 4 adults and 8 kids. The kitchen was amply supplied and well decorated.

The house was lovely, very clean, and especially kid-friendly, with games, toys, and bunk beds. However, the kitchen was missing some basic cooking essentials, such as a spatula and cooking spoons. Since the home has three stories, we were also surprised that there were no baby gates for the stairs. We contacted the host, who said there should be some in the house, but we looked everywhere and could not find them.The grill was another disappointment: there were no grill utensils available, and it was very dirty. Overall, the home has a lot of potential, but the kitchen supplies, safety equipment, and grill could use some attention.

excellent location and beautiful house. Really liked the layout of the 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor, living area/kitchen on second, and kids bunk room with bathroom on 3rd level. A few minor things - need more towels in master, and no towel hooks anywhere in master. The kitchen was also missing several essential cooking items, like spatulas, dish towels. But we went to the dollar store and purchase some and then left those at house. Overall fantastic stay!

Beautiful home right by the beach!

We enjoyed our stay so much! The house was beautiful and spacious for our group of 7. It had everything we needed and then some. Large kitchen and dining table for enjoying meals and games together. Beautifully decorated. About a 5 min walk to a great beach and even an outdoor shower to rinse off before coming inside! Would stay here any time I visit Port A!

Seven adults went on our trip and we had a fantastic time. The house was clean and new. The neighborhood is quite and beautiful. The pools are fantastic with great bar service. The commercial ice maker in the garage is an absolute game changer. Highly reccomend.

Family Vacay ‘25

We stayed at Allen’s Anchor and it was fabulous. The stairs were a bit much if you’re older but, the kids didn't mind. The kitchen is well organized with all the things one needs for cooking. The home decor and furniture are fabulous. We felt at home and comfortable. The home is close to the beach and we went everyday. The kids mentioned they want to do this every summer.

ICEMAKER ON SITE!!!!!

Anyone who travels to the beach knows how much ice you go through and the added expense it brings to an already expensive vacation. I have never stayed in a rental place where they had their own icemaker on site for their guests to use. You can tell the owners care about your convenience and making sure you have all the supplies you need to make your stay enjoyable and affordable.

Absolutely Perfect!

We stayed here over Mother's Day weekend with our twin 16 mo old babies and it catered perfectly to all of our needs. It was meticulously cleaned which gave me so much peace of mind with the babes. It had everything we needed to relax and have an enjoyable stay. Owners went above and beyond and had great toddler friendly amenities such as baby gates and toys. There are also two pools on the property (one with swim up bar and large splash pad) and one that's heated. The close proximity to the beach was so crucial (<5mins walking). We just wheeled the babies over in a wagon onto the boardwalk. However, you can also just drive onto the beach. Would highly recommend!!

We have been coming to Port A for decades and this is the best rental we have found. The house is beautiful with all of the comforts of home. The kitchen is well stocked and clean. Even in the offseason the amenities were open with a fitness room, heated pool, coffee shop and restaurants right on site. The house is in a perfect location right next to the boardwalk to the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. We enjoyed drinks on the deck most evenings listening to the sea birds and feeling the ocean breezes. You can tell the owners took the time to think about what their guests may need for a relaxing and pleasurable stay. There are plenty of games, books, and toys and the main living room has a great entertainment setup with a giant TV and surround sound. We will definitely be back.

Disappointed

The mosquitos were unbearable and the home didn't even furnish the basics, we had to run to the store quite often. Beautiful house, but bring plenty of bug spray and all the basic necessities. The heat I expected, but the rest very disappointing. Do not believe the part about luxury amenities, they were not there
