High quality 5 star villa in lovely residential setting

Property was immaculate and had everything you could possibly think of or need. Pool was delightful with plenty of outdoor seating. We booked a taxi to and from the airport with Luxury Taxi Cyprus Ltd (very reliable and only 22 euro each way) and then we hired a car from Alo Car Rentals Larnaca (family firm absolutely fantastic service and good price) which dropped off and collected the car from the villa. Plenty of shops and restaurants in walking distance although nice to have a car to get around in the heat. Villa very spacious and air conditioning worked extremely well. We will definitely book again.

Great villa for families!

We stayed at Cool Breeze in Nov 2016 with our daughter, son in law and 1 year old grandson, and it was ideal for a family. The downstairs area is very spacious and open plan, which was perfect for our grandson who was just crawling. The kitchen is well equipped and has every utensil you could possibly need. The whole villa was very clean and well maintained, and had a very “new” feel about it. The location is ideal, being a 10 min walk from the bakery and supermarket, and a 10-15 min drive form the sea. There are some great restaurants and taverna’s in Oroklini which are well worth visiting. All in all we would thoroughly recommend this villa and we will definitely use it again.

A lovely villa! Fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Frank has thought of everything needed for a home from home break. Jason and Wendy are on hand in Cyprus to meet and greet and answer any questions. All in all a very relaxing time and we would recommend to anyone to stay here.

Fantastic Holiday

We have now had 4 fantastic holidays in Cool Breeze Villa each time being better than the last. The villa is semi detached and an end property with nothing built directly in front or at the side and is located at the end of a cul-de-sac which is quiet, day and night. The villa is very well maintained and fully equipped for every occasion and furnished to a very high standard with wifi and a brand new internet TV, should you wish too escape the sun. The pool and sunbathing area are great and totally private due to a new aluminium style fencing on top of the surrounding wall. If you wish sit out of the sun then the side of the villa goes into the shade early afternoon but the pool remains in the sun until around 5pm. This holiday was the first one with our 8 month old grand daughter and the villa had all the necessary baby equipment saving on things to pack and take with us. The villa has just had a new kitchen fitted (the photo’s of which don’t do it justice) and on entering the villa my wife just said ‘WOW’. We have stayed in various villas on our holidays, but this one is by far the best. The village has all the amenities for self catering and restaurants to eat out, it has numerous taverna's, and an English style sports bar, 2 supermarkets, takeaway, pharmacy, bank, and a butchers which is very cheap and the meat is gorgeous, ideal for the barbeque at the villa. All of the amenities are within walking distance from the villa with the furthest being The Lithos bar which is at the top of the village but still only 10-15 minutes at a steady walk. A rental car is advisable, if you wish to sightsee around Cyprus, but not essential if you wish to relax in the villa and use the amenities within the villa and village. From Larnaca airport the village is only 15 minutes away by the motorway and is well signposted.

Lovely modern immaculate villa

This was my 2nd visit to the villa,it's an amazing property,it has every kitchen gadget which is great as I'm a foodie and my hubby loved the techno toys! Great DVD hard drive which kept us entertained during the colder days, the oriklini are has some amenities, shops, restaraunts, gym etc,but sadly these were closed for their Easter break, and our weather wasn't great but last time I went was sept, which was wall to wall sunshine.the fish taverna is fab, decor is a bit like cafe but food is wonderful.its walking distance.the villa was the highlight of our hol, even tho we were a tad unlucky with the timing the hol wasn't spoiled as we had luxury accommodation.
Svar fra VrboOwner den 29. mar. 2020
Thank you for your kind words regarding the villa and all it's hidden extras Jamie. I was glad to welcome you back on your second visit to the villa. Unfortunately I was unaware so many of the village and islands shops and restaurants close for the Easter holidays. The weather also is slightly more unpredictable in the spring although generally it normally is very good and mostly in the mid 20 degrees Celsius. Fortunaly there is plenty in the villa to keep guests occupied should there ever be the odd off day. I hope to welcome you back in the future Jamie.

Cyprus Heaven

I visited the villa last year for the first time and thoroughly enjoyed the experience, so I booked it twice this year for 2 weeks in August and 1 week in October. Since last year there have been some brilliant improvements, the pool has been relined, the pool and patio area has been laid with tiles that do no hold the heat, so you can walk on it bare footed even in the middle of August. The front has been levelled and lighting installed, ideal for sitting out in the afternoon as it is in the shade till around 5pm. Inside both the bathrooms have been updated to a high standard, this being in character with the whole villa, again the villa was immaculate inside and out. The location of Cool Breeze Villa is at the end of a quiet Cul-de-sac and is adjacent to an open space on one side and a friendly neighbour on the other, with no excessive vehicle noise, as the main estate road is 50-100mts away with the main village road 3-400mts away. A hire car is not essential as there is a good bus service into Larnaca that goes passed the beach, however should you wish to explore the island and get out and about more, visiting, Protaras, Ayia Napa, the water park, Trudos, Limmasol, the list is endless, and then a hire car is a must. The entrance to the motorway is just at the top of the village giving easy access to the places mentioned. However, if you just want a quiet relaxing holiday, then everything you need is within 5-10 minutes walking distance from the villa. The village has everything you might need from a 24 hour bakery, which is naughty but a must, 2 supermarkets (the furthest one is the cheapest, even cheaper than the Metro in Larnaca for lots of things), a pharmacy, DVD rental shop, takeaways, restaurants (the 'Only' restaurant does a brilliant all day 'English' breakfast), taverna’s, banks with ATM, beauty therapy, a butchers, (excellent meat for the 'barby' and more than very reasonable.) The army base at Dhekalia is a must for the best fish and chips you will ever taste. For the energetic there is a new fitness centre which cost 10 euro’s for a week’s subscription. For the non energetic the ‘Sports Bar' on the main road, shows all major games. Cool Breeze Villa provides an excellent base for your holiday, whether you wish to explore the island, or have a private lazy, quiet life which would give you little reason to leave the villa especially with the pool being so inviting. A highly recommended holiday.

Thank you very much for your kind words regarding the villa Tony. I could not have written a better description myself about the villa and amenities. I continually try to keep Cool Breeze Villa up to a very high standard and I feel the pictures justify this. I am planning to do phase 2 of the renovations starting in November 2011 and there will be more photos to follow when complete. I received you email today for booking in August 2012 and I look forward to welcoming you back to Cool Breeze Villa again next year.

A perfect villa to stay.

We were in Cool Breeze Villa for a week in may. We did have a great time. The villa was excellent equipped, everything we needed was available. The large livingroom was comfortable and with modern furniture. We were with 6 adults and we had plenty of space to live. When we were in the villa the swimmingpool was used from the morning till the evening. There was enough shadow when someone did not like to have so much sun. Outside we had a lot of privacy and the view was magnificent. The neighbours were very kind and offered to help us if needed. It was a good advice to rent a car. We went to the beautifull beach at Agia Napa and we visite Nicosia. There is plenty of parking just outside and inside the town. In Oroklini is a very good Zorba's bakery and a 24 hours little supermarket. The Lidll, a large supermarket, is near the highway in Ormidela and also at the beachroad to Larnaca. The bikes we used every day. Frank, thank you for using your perfect villa and the compliments to Jason of your Property Management.

April 2011

I found this villa in absolutely tip top condition, with wardrobes and bathrooms newly refurbished. The kitchen was superbly equipped and towels were provided for use by the pool as were hairdriers available in the bedrrooms. The air conditioning units seemed modern and efficient although sadly the weather was not too warm for us. It was great to be able to use bikes to visit the nearby village and the bakery offered wonderful fresh bread for purchase all day. The one down side for us was the smell from the downstairs bathroom, however once the septic tank had been emptied this cleared up and all was well.

Our holiday at Coole Breeze 17 - 27 October 2010

On arrival we found the villa to be better than described, very clean and had an abundance of entertainment equipment for use during our stay. Every thinkable kitchen utensil was provided including BBQ equipment. The pool was cleaned regularly and information provided by the Management Team was very good. Villa is located in a quiet part of the village and only a short walk from restaurants and bars. The only drawback is the short walk to the local bakery which means that you return home a few pounds heavier than when you arrive! Would recommend the local sports bar for good value food and drink. The age range of our party was from 40 - 80 and we all had a extremely relaxed holiday. Frank, the owner was very helpful - replying to e-mails etc very promptly. We would not hesitate in returning to Cool Breeze and would recommend the villa to our families and friends.

I stayed in the Cool Breeze Villa with my girlfriend for 6 nights. It is decorated to the highest standards and lacks for nothing when it comes to ammenities. We had a fantastic stay and to also have the luxury of your own private pool made it brilliant! I would highly recommend the villa to anyone whether it be a couple, family or a few friends. In fact I have already done so and also hope to return myself in the very near future. Thanks Frank!! (owner)

The villa has a direct link by the motorway out of the airport and is only 15 minutes away. The motorway also links the rest of the island if you wish to go sighseeing. I will be returning again next year definately.

Cool Breeze Villa June/July 2010

We stayed in Cool Breeze Villa during late June and early July 2010. The villa is nice and well equipped. The villa is in the village of Oraklini where there are several nice bars and bakeries. There is a good local butcher. It is a bit far to the beach and you do need a car to get around. We spent lots of time by the pool and prepared most of our meals on the BBQ at the pool side. The best shopping is in Larnaca and there is a big Carrefour about 15 minutes from the villa. Neighbors are nice and helpful. The pool is nice and there is a nice breeze outside the villa, which is nice since it can get really hot. The villa is equipped with two baby cots and two high chairs for those of you traveling with children. The villa also has four mountain bikes for the more sporty people. I did a lot of long runs around Oraklini and down to Dekhelia. I can recommend running up to the top of the hill that you can see in the far distance in front of the house. It is also nice going there for a walk since there is a picnic area and a play area for children on the top. We can also recommend the new bar in the new shopping centre in Orakline and also Rhodos Tavern close to the house. The house is perfect for couples coming to Cyprus to drive around and families with kids who wants their own pool. I would not recommend the location for the ones who wants to come to party. Then it is a bit off the beaten track.

Coll Breeze Villa May 2010

The location of the Villa was good but a car was essential to get out and about. The property was more than very well equipment with electrical goods, crockery, cutlery etc. however it was a little lacking in the essentials for day to day living. In my experience of hiring villas and apartments it is always a good idea to leave the essentials for use but then ask that if anything is used up i.e. toilet cleaner, washing up liquid etc that it is replaced. We had a couple of instances where we had to contact the management company, however this was dealt with very swiftly and efficiently and we would have no hesitation in booking again. The standard of cleanliness was excellent as was the pool service. We struggled to operate the TV system so would suggest for less technically minded people (like ourselves) that some more detailed instructions are left. Alan the ‘meet and greet ‘man was exceptionally helpful and informative. As I have already said I would have no hesitation in booking again or recommending to other people, a very enjoyable holiday indeed.
Svar fra VrboOwner den 29. mar. 2020
Thank you for the positive feedback during your stay Shelagh. The need of a car is a matter of opinion. If you want to explore the island and get out and about more visiting the east coast beaches, Larnaca promenade, Protaras, Ayia Napa or the waterpark then I highly recommend a hire car. However if you just want a quiet holiday like so many of previous clients have wanted and no desire to get out and about on the island then everything you need for a quiet and comfortable holiday is within 5 - 10 minutes walking distance from the villa. The village has everything you need from 24 hour supermarket, pharmacy, dvd rental shop, takeaways, restaurants, tavernas, bakeries, banks with ATM, beauty therapy shop and a small shopping centre. In respect to to the cleaning products the villa is self catering so all toilet rolls, washing up liquid and bleach is subject to the clients purchasing themselves. There is a service where the property management company can come to the villa and do as many mid let cleans as the client would like but this is an option extra service payable locally to the property managment company. It is much cheaper for the client to add these products to there shopping list and do this to there own cleaning standards. I look forward to hopefully hearing from you in the future Shelagh. Thanks and all the best, Frank

a great place to stay

Six of us stayed at this luxury villa at the beginning of May. It was perfect for us. Well equipped with everything we needed and lots more we never thought we would need! Everything was immaculate, well thought out and a great place to just chill with friends. The village has everything anyone would need from bank to butcher and pharmacie to supermarket. The baker just a couple of blocks away is brilliant for bread, cakes and also has milk and many other goodies. Oraklini is well located for the beach, Larnaca as well as places further afield. I would thoroughly recomend Cool Breeze Villa.

Family Holiday

I stayed at Coole Breeze villa back in September 2006. It was a family holiday, visiting other family who lived quite locally to the village. First impressions of the villa are excellent, it is furnished to a high standard, modern looking and very comfortable. I satyed in the main bedroom which had en suite where there is plenty of storage space and the bed is huge!! All rooms are air conditioned so we kept cool! We didn't use the pool a lot because we travelled to the beach, Macronnisis Bay at Aiya Napa being our favourite! There is a fantastic bakery in the village and also a great Taverna which provides beautiful meals, along with other restaurants. It's also not far down to the main road which takes you into Larnaca where there are a number of nice restaurants and bars. It is important to have a car when staying at the villa because you would not be able to walk to the beach. The area was up and coming when I visited so the village was small and local but there were many developments going on in the area and I am sure this has changed a bit over the last few years. Overall an excellent holiday at an excellent villa! PS - the neighbours joined on to the villa were very nice!
