This vacation home contains 3 apartments. It is located between the harbor and the Baltic Sea beach. The house was completed in 2006. The newly developed neighborhood on Strandstraße in the Baltic Sea resort town of Karlshagen is just a few minutes’ walk away.
The two-room vacation apartments are located on the first floor and feature a terrace. On the upper floor is a 4-room apartment with a large balcony. A wooden staircase (space-saving staircase) discreetly integrated into the living area leads up to the loft. The house is equipped with underfloor heating. Each apartment features an open-concept kitchen. The vacation home includes a garden with an unobstructed view of a large meadow, which can be used by all guests of the house. Each apartment comes with a parking space.

The vacation apartments are comfortably furnished and offer plenty of space.
Bicycle storage is available for guests.

The vacation home is not suitable for groups of guests under the age of 25. We expressly point out that, for the sake of the neighbors, we place great importance on a quiet living environment and mutual consideration
