Luxury Villa Brajdini

The luxury villa Brajdini is located in the small coastal village of Risika.
It offers accommodation for up to 10 people. On the first floor there is a modernly furnished open space with a living area with kitchen, dining room and living room, one en-suite double bedroom as well as a separate toilet.
On the second floor there are three en-suite double bedrooms with sea views. Two rooms have also one sofabed for one person. Two rooms have also one sofabed for one person.
In the basement of the house there is a fitness room and a games room with a treadmill, orbiter, exercise bike, table tennis and darts.
In front of the villa there is a terrace with a barbecue, an 8x4 m pool with a lawn and a garden planted with Mediterranean plants.

A cot and a baby chair are available to guests.
There is also parking space for 4 cars in the garden. The Villa has an charge free e-charging station.
Parties are not allowed.

A security deposit of EUR 500.00 is required in cash upon arrival.
