The building, which contains only a few residential units, is located on a quiet street in downtown Wiener Neustadt. The city center, with its pedestrian zone, cafés, restaurants, and shopping options, is just a stone’s throw away.

This property beautifully combines modern architecture with historic elements!

Passing through the large, old wooden gate, you enter the building’s courtyard, paved with natural stone.

The beautiful travertine staircase, featuring the house’s restored original railing, leads to the first floor, where this apartment is located.

The first-floor landing has been lovingly re-tiled with the house’s original antique tiles.

The entryway features a travertine floor. From the entryway, you enter the spacious open-concept kitchen-living area. In the kitchen-living area, the old parquet floor has been lovingly restored. The kitchen-living area is equipped with a modern, fully outfitted kitchen featuring a refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven, ceramic cooktop, range hood, and a dishwasher. A coffee machine is provided (brand: Tschibo Caffissimo). We’re also happy to provide our guests with a few coffee pods, milk, and sugar.

The living area features a récamière, which can also be used as an additional sleeping space. This means the apartment can accommodate up to three people.

From the kitchen-living room, a small step leads down to the bedroom and bathroom.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (140 cm) and a wardrobe. Travertine flooring has been installed in the bedroom.

From the bedroom, a sliding glass door leads to the modern bathroom.
The bathroom, which includes a toilet, features travertine flooring, a walk-in glass shower, a sink, two mirrored cabinets, an elegant towel warmer, and a sliding glass door.

The old wooden doors in this house were extensively restored for this apartment. In the case of the bedroom door, we were even able to preserve the original muslin glass!

On the first floor, there is a laundry room with a washer and dryer, which all residents are welcome to use.
There is also a cozy seating area for our guests on the first floor.

Smoking is not permitted in the apartment (or on the first floor). Guests are welcome to use the seating area on the first floor for smoking.

There are paid parking spaces around the apartment. We’re located right in the heart of the city, so there’s a paid short-term parking zone everywhere here.
Upon request, you’re welcome to rent a private parking space right next to the apartment for the duration of your stay, if it’s available.

The train station is only 5 minutes away and offers a direct train connection from Wiener Neustadt to Vienna. The trip takes only about 20 minutes.
