excellent beach house - Praia de Buzius

We are located in Enseada de Búzios, a charming beach with unbeatable swimming on the southern coast of Rio Grande do Norte. Located just 30 km from the city of Natal, the house sits on a four-level lot.

The beachfront house is simply wonderful! There are 6 large and spacious suites, all with private bathrooms and air conditioning, plus a separate staff quarters. The accommodations are truly spectacular. The recreational area features large terraces, a pool table, a barbecue, an indoor kitchen, and a gourmet space with a pizza oven. The private, delightful pool is spacious and offers a sensational view of the ocean. Beautifully decorated, the house comfortably accommodates 20 people.
In addition to the main house, the property features an annex with two incredible, fully furnished, and air-conditioned suites, capable of accommodating an additional 10 people.

Daily housekeeping, a gardener, and a pool attendant are included from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Cleaning supplies are not included.

Bedding and towels are also included! However, there are no replacements.

We have a roster of cooks, pizza chefs, and barbecue chefs who can be hired optionally. Another perk is that we can arrange for some advance grocery shopping according to your preferences, passing on the receipt total and adding a service fee (upon request).

Please note: Electricity usage will be billed, with meter readings taken at check-in and check-out. If meter readings are not possible or there are issues with the meter, a daily fee of R$ 100 will be charged for electricity usage.
