Fjordhytte 13 is an extremely luxurious vacation home that has been tastefully furnished by its friendly owners. This vacation home is a 5-minute walk from the Hardangerfjord and is nestled amid majestic mountains with snow-capped peaks and the deep-blue fjord. This particularly exclusive vacation home comes with a motorboat equipped with a 9.9 PS outboard motor.

A spacious living and dining room is at your disposal and offers plenty of cozy spots to truly relax and enjoy yourself. The open and well-equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing delicious fish dishes or other meals in a convivial atmosphere.

Treat yourself to some relaxation here and recharge your batteries for many days of the year. In the party room, you can make yourself comfortable in the evening with a glass of wine while enjoying the view of the fjord.

Many well-marked hiking trails in the surrounding mountains and valleys invite you to explore unspoiled nature. From Sunndal, 10 km from the vacation home, you can reach the entrance to the Folgefonn Glacier via adventurous trails.

Anglers will find a salmon river just 200 meters away with good populations of salmon and sea trout. In the Hardangerfjord, you can catch a wide variety of fish, such as cod, pollock, mackerel, plaice, ling, monkfish, and salmon. Fishing in the Hardangerfjord is a great experience, even for beginners. In Norway, you do not need a fishing license in the fjord.

The nearest major towns are Rosendal, about 14 km away, and Odda, about 23 km away. There you’ll find supermarkets, sporting goods stores, restaurants, and boutiques.

In the surrounding area, you can visit attractions such as Rosendal Manor—a small, romantic castle—Ænes Church, the Fureberg Waterfall, the Kaiser Wilhelm Trail, and much more. Fishing in the fjord

In the Hardangerfjord, cod, saithe, pollock, mackerel, flounder, ling, monkfish, and many more are caught. Fishing in the nearby fjord is an unforgettable experience even for beginners, and even an inexperienced angler can land a nice fish. Sometimes very large fish—weighing over 10 kg—are caught in the fjord.

New fishing regulations for tourism in Norway: This vacation rental, FH-13, is not registered as a commercial fishing operation, and no fish may be taken out of the area.

9.9 PS Motorboat - Use: Free
A 9.9 PS motorboat is included with the rental and is available for your use; personal flotation devices in various sizes are provided in the house. All of our boats are the same size, sturdy, and safe. Along with your travel documents, you’ll receive detailed operating instructions for using the boat’s motor and the boat itself.
