Holiday Home 'Haus Am Rurufer' with Private Terrace and Wi-Fi

The holiday home Haus Am Rurufer is located in Simmerath-Dedenborn, with direct access to the Rur riverbank, and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. The 100 m² property features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms, accommodating up to four guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi, two TVs, a washing machine, and a dryer. The private open terrace is perfect for unwinding in the evenings.



Please note: The large garden pond can be dangerous for young children, so children must be at least six years old. The pond is not suitable for swimming, not even for dogs. It is home to the resident fish and turtle.



A lockable storage room with a power outlet for bicycles is available on request.



The conservatory is closed during the heating season. Public transport is within walking distance. Two parking spaces are available on the property. Up to two pets are allowed. Smoking and parties are not permitted. A charging station for electric cars is available and can be used for an extra fee.
