House Ingeborg WE 32: modern 2-room apartment close to the beach and very centrally located

This modern, beachfront 2-room apartment (approx. 49 m²) on the 3rd floor (with elevator) offers a high level of comfort and is fully furnished. The flooring throughout the apartment is high-quality vinyl with an elegant wood-grain finish; the bathroom and toilet are tiled.

The vacation rental can accommodate up to 3 people. For small children, we are also happy to provide a travel crib (without a mattress, comforter, pillow, or linens) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

The spacious and modernly furnished living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable (pull-out sleeper) leather couch, an ottoman, and a coffee table; a separate dining area with 3 chairs; a sideboard; and a living room cabinet.

For your entertainment, the vacation rental is equipped with 2 modern flat-screen TVs, a radio, and a DVD player. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi (subject to availability—in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, we assume no liability for any disruptions).

The open kitchen area includes a fully equipped built-in kitchen with a 2-zone induction cooktop, microwave, exhaust fan, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The cozy bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm), 2 nightstands with bedside lamps, a dresser, and a spacious closet. The bedroom has an additional TV.

The pull-out sofa bed in the living room provides an additional comfortable sleeping option for a third person. To ensure a good night’s sleep, both the bedroom and the living room are equipped with blackout blinds.

The modern bathroom (with natural light / window) features a walk-in shower (senior-friendly!), a sink with a vanity cabinet, a built-in radio, a bathroom chair, and a toilet.

You can store your jackets and shoes in the large coat closet with a shoe rack in the apartment’s entryway.

In addition, the apartment includes a small storage room for your suitcases and luggage.

To wash your vacation clothes, communal washing machines and dryers are available on the 2nd floor —these can be used by all guests for a fee (coin-operated).

You can park your car for free in the underground parking space assigned to your apartment in an immediately adjacent residential complex (Strandstr. 32). Please note: This is a double-deck parking system with a maximum height limit of 1.50 m! If this underground parking space is too low for your car, we recommend the public parking garage on Rudolf-Breitscheid-Straße (approx. 250 m).

You can park your bicycles in the bike racks in the building’s courtyard. If you are not bringing your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right near your residential complex. Upon request, the bicycles can also be delivered directly to your vacation rental.

The elevator provides convenient access to all floors of the residential complex—however, there are 6 steps to climb on foot from the ground-floor entrance area to reach the elevator.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment!

In the interest of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the outdoor area for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

A laundry package (complete set of bedding—the beds are already made, one large bath towel, two hand towels, a shower mat, and a dish towel) can be booked as an initial supply for an additional fee.

The apartment rate is based on occupancy by 2 people. For occupancy by 3 people, a surcharge of €10.00 per night applies.

Deviations from the specified requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
