Welcome to a vacation paradise! This cozy vacation home offers a floor area of approximately 83 m² and features a spacious living/dining room equipped with a sleeper sofa, smart TV, satellite TV, and much more—perfect for relaxing evenings. The 15 m² sunroom boasts a magnificent location and a stunning view.

The house features two lovingly furnished bedrooms: one with a comfortable double bed (180x200 cm) and another with a single bed (80x200 cm). The open, spacious kitchen has everything you could want: a refrigerator, induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Senseo coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster are provided. A washing machine is also available. In the bathroom, guests will find a comfortable, walk-in shower.

During the colder months, the vacation home is heated by a pellet stove and, optionally, a night storage heater. Pets and smoking inside the house are not permitted. A parking space is available in front of the vacation home; additional parking is available in the vacation village’s parking lot.

The approximately 700 m² property features a beautiful terrace with a sunroom. A cozy seating area, patio furniture, and lounge chairs invite you to relax. A Weber gas grill and a charcoal grill are also provided.

Residents and renters at the Freilingen vacation village can use the public recreational facilities free of charge. These include a refreshing outdoor pool as well as two tennis courts (please bring appropriate shoes), which are open during the summer months, a mini-golf course, a playground with a large climbing spider, table tennis tables, a bocce court, and much more.

Of course, Wi-Fi is available, and its use is included in the rental price. Bed linens and towels are available upon request for a small fee.
