fully equipped kitchen and a bright dining area, as well as a
cozy sitting area with a large TV. The bathroom with a walk-in
shower is tastefully decorated. A sheltered, sunny, and furnished
balcony with a quiet southwest-facing location invites you to spend time there
and enjoy the view of the canal when the weather is nice; which is also equipped with an
electric awning. In the bedroom, you’ll find a 180x200m
box-spring bed with two different firmness levels, offering you the highest
level of sleeping comfort. The “Studio” in the attic, featuring a large
panoramic window and hardwood floors, is accessible via a wooden staircase. Here,
a cozy sleeper sofa provides a third sleeping option. Or you can use
the “Studio” as a cozy retreat for reading, daydreaming, and
letting your mind wander. The entire apartment is equipped with electric blinds to
block out the light. An automatic ventilation system, as well as
underfloor heating throughout the living area, ensure a pleasant and
allergy-friendly indoor climate. A parking space is located directly next to
the apartment.
