We renovated the house ourselves, placing special emphasis on coziness and authenticity. The sleeping arrangements are as follows: The bedroom has a double bed, and the living room has a sleeper sofa. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet, and there is also a separate toilet. We look forward to welcoming you to our vacation home! Deposit/Payment The renter must transfer a deposit of 100 EUR to the account specified on the invoice within 7 days of receiving the invoice. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before the start of the rental period. For short-term rental agreements, the total amount must be transferred to the account specified on the invoice immediately upon signing the contract. If the tenant defaults on payment, the landlord is entitled to terminate the contract without notice and without further justification, and to rent the property to another party. Check-in is possible from 14:00-22:00Uhr. Check-out is by 10:00 a.m. Other check-in and check-out times are possible only by prior arrangement. The key handover for the vacation home takes place in Schöllnach (usually along your travel route) or as agreed. Prices include all ancillary costs (shower supplies, towels, bed linens, Wi-Fi, final cleaning, parking). If you need wood for the fire pit: the property is equipped with a mix of firewood and charcoal, which can be used for a fee (prices and payment on-site). Additional wood can be ordered at any time. You can charge your electric car using the wallbox in the parking lot for a fee (access authorization required). Charging at the house is not possible and is not permitted! Please have your pets cared for at home. Since our vacation home has been recently renovated, we ask for your understanding that we do not currently allow pets on the premises.
