The House:
With a total of 250 m², this vacation home offers you the highest level of comfort for your vacation. From the entrance, which features a covered loggia, you enter the reception area with a view of the garden. Through the hallway, you reach the spacious living room with a dining table, a sofa arrangement, and satellite TV. From the living room, you enter the fireplace room with a magnificent view across the field to the forest. Also on the first floor are the fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower and toilet.

A staircase leads to the first floor. The large walk-in closet, with plenty of cabinets, has room for all your vacation luggage. This floor also features a large bathroom with a bathtub, heated floors, a toilet, and two sinks, as well as three bedrooms. Two bedrooms are furnished with double beds. The windows have shutters. The third bedroom is furnished with two single beds and a sleeping loft with two mattresses. From this room, you have a view of Lake Schwerin. A sofa, armchair, and another TV are also available here.

Your private recreation area is located on the lower floor. Here, wellness, sports, and games are on the agenda. Pamper yourself in the large infrared sauna, relax on the loungers in the relaxation room, or challenge yourself with the fitness equipment. A small pool table is available in the game room for social gatherings. The laundry room is also located on this floor.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. We’re happy to provide a crib and a high chair. You can conveniently park your car and bicycles under the carport. The property is completely fenced in. In the garden, you can enjoy a lawn, a barbecue area with a grill, a covered patio, and a small playground with a trampoline and a swing.

The surrounding area within walking distance:
Wickendorf is a small district of Schwerin. This little oasis on the outskirts of town is surrounded by water, forests, and fields. In about 3 minutes on foot, you can reach Lake Schwerin, which features a small natural swimming area and a dock. Bicycle and hiking trails are right outside the door. A playground and a bus stop (Schwerin) are a 2-minute walk away. In about 10–15 minutes on foot, you can reach two excellent restaurants right on the water. A lifeguard-supervised beach, a snack bar, and the Seehof Vacation Park—which offers many recreational activities—are about a 20-minute walk away.

Leisure and Attractions:
Schwerin’s city center is just a few minutes away by car. It offers many sights and recreational activities. Discover, for example, Schwerin Castle, the Railway Museum, the Fire Department Museum, or the Open-Air Museum. City tours on the “Petermännchen” bus or a boat ride with the “Weiße Flotte” on the Schwerin Lakes are also great fun. Schwerin is also a perfect destination for shopping and dining, with its numerous restaurants and shopping centers. The Hanseatic city of Wismar, with its historic old town and harbor, is about a 30-minute drive away. The Baltic Sea—whether steep cliffs or gently sloping sandy beaches—is about 35–40 minutes away.
