Metzner vacation apartment

The Metzner family’s property is situated in a beautiful and peaceful location surrounded by nature.
You’ll also be warmly welcomed by a variety of animals, including horses, sheep, chickens, cats, and a dog.
Despite its peaceful setting, the property is a great starting point, making it ideal for day trips.
Our vacation rental is on the 1st floor; with approximately 100 square meters of space, it can accommodate 4 people.
There is a large bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm), a children’s room with a French bed (140x200 cm), and a sleeper sofa. Each bedroom has blackout blinds on the windows.
The living room features a comfortable couch, an LED TV, and a wood-burning stove.
The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, microwave, and a nice dining table.
The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, a sink, a shower, and a bathtub.
Our property is located in the town of Gars am Inn.
From here, you can reach the A94 in about 20 minutes, the B12 in 5 minutes, and the B15 in about 10 minutes.

You can reach Wasserburg am Inn in 15 minutes, Rosenheim in 40 minutes, and Lake Chiemsee in about 30 minutes.
Burghausen, also about 40 minutes away, is highly recommended—it’s home to the longest castle in Europe.
You can reach Altötting in 30 minutes.
Depending on how challenging you want your mountain hike to be, you can reach the Samerberg, for example, in 1 hour.
Lake Tegernsee is about 1 1/4 hours away.
The castle tower in Haag, Upper Bavaria—just 5 minutes away—is also worth a visit.
