This exclusive 90-square-meter accommodation sleeps 2–4 people and features 2 bedrooms with comfortable double box-spring beds, one of which is equipped with an additional TV. A third bedroom features a double bed, a sitting area, a TV, and a separate shower room, and is included in the price for groups of 5–6 people (35 square meters). The bathroom is equipped with a shower, hair dryer, washing machine, drying rack, iron, and ironing board. The fully equipped kitchen includes a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, as well as dishes and silverware. The spacious living/dining room features a 55-inch smart TV and provides access to the beautiful rooftop terrace with comfortable lounge furniture and a magnificent view of quarries, forests, and vineyards.
