Thank you for your review and we are happy you liked the property. As listed both in our contract signed and also in all the check in and out instructions we request that all trash be taken out the night before pick up so that it is picked up by the garbage company in the morning. We request that only a bag of trash be left at the home, which would be what you would use the morning of check out. Because this was not done, we do have to charge the pick up fee that is charged to us for picking up multiple cans of trash to be taken away from the home before the next guest.

We are so glad you found that Vaca house met your expectations and were a great base for your Florida Keys vacation! We do list the 9 AM Check Out time both online when booking and also in the signed rental agreement. The home is larger and in order for us to clean everything properly around the home it does take all day. We apologize that this was an issue but it something we do need to keep with in order to keep our top cleaning standards we have. We do wish you would have reached out about the lights as there are switches labeled "Flood Lights" to be able to turn those off.
