The Dünenhafer beach house is furnished in a Scandinavian style and offers comfort year-round in its approximately 85 m² of living space, spread over two levels.



Information on additional costs and fees:

The security deposit is due in advance and must be transferred along with the rent. The security deposit will be refunded approximately 14 business days after your departure. Utility costs will be deducted from the security deposit.

Costs for electricity (€0.65 per kWh) and water (€8.80 per m³) will be billed based on usage (prices subject to change).

Bedding and towels can be ordered upon request for an additional fee.

The visitor’s tax is due before arrival.

Two dogs weighing up to 10 kg can be accommodated for an additional fee.

One parking space near the house is available free of charge.

An additional parking space can be rented for a fee.



The house has three comfortable bedrooms.

The first bedroom on the first floor is furnished with a double bed.

On the upper floor, you’ll find two additional bedrooms: one with a double bed and the third with two single beds.



On the first floor, a cozy living room with a fireplace awaits you—perfect for relaxing evenings. The spacious dining area is ideal for sharing meals, and the open, well-equipped kitchen offers everything an amateur chef needs.



The bathroom on the first floor is a real highlight: a spa-style bathroom with a whirlpool, sauna, and separate shower invites you to relax.



Upstairs, another bathroom with a shower and toilet provides even more convenience.



From the living area, you can access the loft, which serves as a cozy retreat and features an additional TV.



Outside, you can enjoy sunny hours on the well-equipped terrace, surrounded by nature.



The house is equipped with child safety covers for electrical outlets, a high chair, and a travel crib.



Strandstraße, Baabe’s liveliest street, is just a few minutes’ walk away. Here you can relax in cozy restaurants and browse the shops.
