Vacation Apartment No. 23 is located on the top floor of Building 4 in the “Wohnpark Stadt Hamburg” vacation complex, built in 1999, in the Baltic Sea resort town of Binz. The complex is quiet, very well-maintained, and spacious. Thanks to its elevated location on Zinglingsberg, the apartment offers a beautiful view of Lake Schmachter, which is approximately 150 meters away.
The complex is situated between the Baltic Sea beach and Lake Schmachter, just a short distance from the town center of the Baltic Sea resort. The fine-sand Baltic Sea beach is about 600 meters away. Also nearby and within easy walking distance are the beach promenade, the main train station and the local train station, a bus stop, supermarkets, and restaurants.
The 2-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor and offers 44 square meters of living space, accommodating up to 3 people. It consists of a living room and a bedroom (with a double bed and an additional single bed). Both the living room and the bedroom have a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is open to the living area and features a dishwasher, a ceramic cooktop, an oven, and a refrigerator. The bathroom, which gets natural light, has a shower, sink, toilet, and a hair dryer. The covered balcony is furnished with outdoor seating for 3 people. Thanks to the balcony’s southwest orientation, you’ll enjoy sunlight from noon into the evening. The apartment has a storage closet. Wi-Fi is available.
In the basement of the neighboring building, there is a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer (coin-operated) for shared use. There is a bike storage room in Building 4.
Pets are welcome.
Please note that we charge €10 per night for a pet, as well as a one-time pet cleaning fee of €25.
From January 5 through approximately June 30, 2026, new utility lines will be installed in the residential complex’s courtyard. Therefore, parking spaces will not be available during this time.
Please note: A visitor’s tax is charged for this property. The Baltic Sea resorts on the Mönchgut Peninsula charge this tourist tax on a daily basis (and not per overnight stay as is the case elsewhere), which means it is also charged on the day of arrival and departure!
