The Rasender Roland train station is about 450 meters away. The apartment offers a great starting point for hikes and bike rides in the immediate vicinity and further out to the Mönchgut Peninsula. A bus stop with connections to the surrounding Baltic Sea resorts is located nearby.

This cozy 2-room apartment (non-smoking) is located on the 2nd floor of the modern addition to Villa Vineta. The apartment features wood-look flooring and light-colored living room furniture. With approximately 50 m², the apartment offers ample space for 2–3 people. The apartment consists of a separate bedroom (quietly facing north) with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), adjustable slatted frames, nightstands, and a wardrobe. A travel crib with a mattress (without a bed liner) can be set up here. The combined living/dining area is furnished with a box-spring sofa bed (1.25 m x 2.00 m, with space for a third person) with a coffee table, a reading lamp, a small sideboard with a 43-inch HD smart TV, a Blu-ray player, and a stereo system. The open, new kitchenette is fully equipped with an oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, Senseo pod machine, toaster, electric kettle, and various kitchen utensils. A dining area with a table and chairs adjoins the kitchen. From the living area, you can access the covered, furnished south-facing balcony, which offers a view of the sea toward South Beach and the Mönchgut Peninsula. Both the bedroom and the living area are equipped with insect screens and blackout pleated blinds. The tiled bathroom, which receives natural light, is equipped with a sink, hair dryer, makeup mirror, toilet, and shower. Parking space No. 14 belongs to the apartment and is located behind the house. A bike rack and a bike storage room are available for your rented or personal bicycles. You won’t have to do without internet access (Wi-Fi)—it’s included for you. Pets are not allowed. You can book an initial linen package (complete set of bed linens, 1 shower towel, 2 small hand towels) for an additional fee up to 14 days before arrival, or supplement it with your own linens. If you book 2 or more packages, you’ll receive 1 dish towel and 1 shower mat as a one-time bonus.
