Dear guests, welcome to our cozy, comfortably furnished vacation apartments for 2–4 people in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde.

Seekatze:
This approximately 25-square-meter, 2-room Seekatze vacation apartment offers plenty of space for up to 4 people. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor. You’ll feel right at home here as a vacation guest.
You’ll find all the amenities you need, such as a TV and free Wi-Fi. The living room features a double sofa bed and a dining area, while the bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a “ 2.TV.” The kitchenette features a refrigerator, ceramic cooktop, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. The bathroom has a toilet, shower, and hair dryer.
The vacation apartment has laminate flooring and is reserved for non-smokers.

The apartment’s initial amenities include one set of linens per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish towels,shower mat).

You’re also welcome to book one of the other vacation apartments in the same building—ideal for couples or families traveling together.

Right next door, you can enjoy a hearty breakfast at Weber’s Kaffeehaus.

A bakery, weekly market, pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants, shops, post office, Alter Strom, etc.—everything is just around the corner.

At Friedrich-Barnewitz-Str. 9, you can rent enclosed parking spaces from us starting at 6 €/night.

Exempt from tourist tax: Severely disabled persons 80% or higher; accompanying persons only if the person with a severe disability is 100% disabled and has a registered caregiver
Children up to age 5, business travelers, athletes, conference attendees, travelers in transit, locals
