Great Location

Fantastic location as it's a 5-10 min walk to get into the park area for restaurants and about 15-20 to Disney & California. House was a little more run down and dated then the pictures showed but we didn't spend much time there either then to sleep. Comfortable beds which was nice. Overall the location is fantastic and made it so much easier to come and go from the park over 5 days.

Great Location

This was a great spot for our family of four with two little kids. We were able to easily walk to the parks each day and the place had the right amount of space for all of us. It isn't the fanciest resort you could stay in, but it did the job nicely!

Great Stay and Location

We had a wonderful stay for a 3 day trip to Disneyland! The location was perfect and easy walking distance (through Downtown Disney). It was clean, comfortable, and we appreciated all the fun details! Highly recommend!

Excellent hosts, great location

Great stay at Storybook Villa. The hosts were awesome, always responded immediately and went above and beyond. These townhouses are older and are showing their age, but this one is bright, with updated appliances and main bathroom, and is very clean. The walls are a bit thin, if you’re sensitive to sounds (like neighbours surround sound, sirens etc) consider some earplugs. You can’t beat the location for walking or taking the parking tram to Disney, and it’s great to have space for everyone to wind down after a busy day at the park. Definitely recommend!

Good location

Property does the job for a disney vacation, its definitely dated and could use a couple things like a cooler and some beach chairs. The dryer takes an extremely long time to dry clothes and the pool needs a key to get in, leave, and use the bathroom so if a child leaves the key by accident in the bathroom you are locked in.

Storybook villa review

We recently stayed at storybook villa number 2 and had a mixed experience. The villa itself is a bit older compared to the market photos, so we had high expectations that weren’t quite met.That said, the location is fantastic—an easy walk to Disneyland, which was great for the whole family. However, one thing not mentioned in the description is that all the bedrooms are upstairs, which wasn’t ideal for our older parents. The second bedroom has a bunk bed (single on top, double on bottom) plus an extra single mattress on the floor, which worked but wasn’t what we expected as the description mentioned 2 single beds and a bunk bed. We did enjoy having a kitchen to cook meals, though it was quite small—only one person could comfortably be in there at a time.Overall, the stay was convenient for Disneyland, but some aspects of the villa could have been more accurately represented in the listing.The hosts seemed quiet lovely and left a small gift for each of our children which was very nice and the had equipped the villa with prams and high chairs etc, however in their email correspondence they mentioned helpful guides for the area - but these guides were well out of date, some of the things mentioned in there were over a decade old. It made us lose confidence in their information.

Nice place, excellent location!

The rental was lovely and well-appointed. My only feedback is that nearly all of the TV-related remotes had dead batteries, so we had to consolidate batteries from a single working remote and continually move them around. The best part was the location! Only 15 minutes from the front door to Downtown Disney. I will definitely stay here again!

Location Location Location!

Property was exactly as described, had all we need to cater meals ourselves and laundry facilities too. And great Disney theme for the decor which our children loved. But the best bit is the location - walked to Disneyland each day (took 22 mins with kids) and was close enough we could duck back for a rest hour in the afternoons. Thank you!

Can Walk to Disneyland

The description of this condo was spot on. It really is just across the road from Disney property. The Disneyland Hotel is really close and then just zip through Downtown Disney and you are at the parks. This saved us from having to rent a car or uber. The bedrooms are both upstairs. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Disneyland in the future.

Very Close to Disney

Overall this was a nice place to stay and very close to Disney, which was really nice. I have to say the bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable and after a long day at Disney really appreciated.

Location was amazing for Disney

This was my kids' first trip to Disneyland. They were able to easily walk to and from the parks. The unit is older but well cared for. Bedding and towels were clean. Kitchen is very small but has everything to be able to prepare small meals if you need a break from restaurants. The check in and check out could not have been easier. Check out was one of the easiest we've ever had and when wrangling small kids, that's a huge help. Unfortunately, we could not use the pool or hot tub because of the winds getting dust and debris in them and the pools were not cleaned daily which is at no fault of the hosts. I honestly will recommend this place to anyone who's going to the parks.

Family Memories

Thank you for a wonderful stay! It was very close to Disneyland and the hosts were very helpful. It was nice having a washer and dryer so we didn’t have to pack as much.

Great location and amenities!

Everything was as described, but better. We Ubers first day and returned on foot. Such an easy walk, we always do so after that. Our favorite place was the patio where we spent each afternoon. The laundry was a plus and the kitchen had everything we needed. It is clear the property was well maintained. Parking was near by and a garage was available, if needed. Perfect place to stay and our host was the best. A++

Bad experience

The house was dirty, the shower wasnt clean, the downstairs toilet was dirty and wouldnt flush, the pillows had hair, some of the dishes were dirty, and the worse part was seeing cockroaches

Great Location & Spacious Condo

15-minute walk to DL and DCA with 2 bedrooms and cheaper than the onsite hotels, what more could you want? There were so many baby/toddler items (toys, strollers, highchair, baby gates etc.) that made our stay even easier! I would definitely recommend this location to everyone but especially those with young children!

Great Location!

We couldn’t have asked for a better location to Disneyland. It’s right behind the parking structure making it a super quick walk to Downtown Disney and the parks. The pool was nice - we loved the "adult section" of the pool. Our only complaint was the upstairs getting very hot during the day. We happened to be there when the area was experiencing a heat wave. It was 100+ every day so obviously that plays a huge factor. Overall, we loved our stay and will absolutely stay there again!

Perfect Place

Everything was as expected and more. Downtown Disney is at most a 15 minutes walk, can also take the tram if you want to save your feet a little bit. Would recommend this place to friends.

WHO ARE WE? Fun-loving, Hard-working, kid-adoring family who love getting outside, traveling, making memories, spending time together, & investing in others. Party of 5! Mom, Dad, 2 girls and the little boy. Favorite things to do as a family: Get outdoors, dance around the living room to Disney theme songs, laugh, & read books together at bedtime. We are blessed! Now come stay at one of two favorite places ~ Storybook Villa #1 or #2.
