Cozy vacation apartment with balcony

You can look forward to a cozy, spacious vacation apartment in a quiet yet central location (a 5-minute walk) from downtown. South-facing—no through traffic. Parking spaces in front of the house, a fenced-in garden, and free Wi-Fi are available. The Lamer Winkel region is perfect for hikes and day trips. The apartment is located in the attic, covers approximately 65 square meters, and sleeps 2 people. The kitchen-living room is equipped with a kitchenette, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and a seating area. Dishes and pots are provided. There is also a double bedroom, a living room with satellite TV, a shower with a toilet, and a separate toilet. The balcony with a view rounds out the overall experience. Smokers are asked to use the balcony. Payment is due in cash upon arrival. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in advance to make arrangements if necessary. Keys will be handed over in person on site. Pets are allowed for a one-time fee of 15 EUR per stay. The visitor’s tax of 2 EUR per person per night will be charged additionally on site.
