Peace and relaxation in a stunning natural setting are guaranteed in our vacation rental, located on the edge of town and the forest (no through traffic) at the foot of the Bleschenberg. You’ll feel completely at home here. The apartment is well-suited for people with mild physical limitations, as there are no steps to navigate either at the entrance or inside the apartment. Relax in the newly built sauna house and hot tub. The sauna and hot tub are heated with firewood. Use of the sauna and hot tub is billed separately on-site. From the terrace, you can look out over the village below as well as the surrounding meadows, forests, and fields. Right next to the terrace, there’s a slide and a sandbox for the little ones. About 350 meters away is a forest nature trail and educational path. The newly built observation tower and the chapel on Bleschenberg are about a 20-minute walk away. The surrounding area is ideal for hikes and walks. Your four-legged friend will also enjoy their stay with us and love the natural surroundings! The property is not fenced in. There are several places to sit around our property. Many recreational options, such as the “Aquafit” water park in Waldmünchen, Loifling Amusement Park, the Furth i. Wald Wildlife Park, various open-air festivals, trips to the Czech Republic, and guided hikes—such as to Mount Cerchov (Czech Republic)—will make your stay a memorable experience. The nearest town, Geigant—which has a grocery store with bakery items, a butcher, an inn, and a doctor—is about a 25-minute walk away. You’re welcome to bring your bicycles; there are numerous beautiful cycling and mountain biking trails in the region. At the entrance to the vacation rental is a very nice, covered terrace measuring approximately 30 square meters. The kitchen-living room is very comfortably equipped with a stove, oven, toaster, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, and radio. In addition, a corner bench, chairs, a table, and a sofa complete the kitchen furnishings. One of the spacious bedrooms features a double bed (1.80 meters wide), a large closet, a dresser, a couch with a table, and satellite TV. Another bedroom at the other end of the vacation rental features a double bed (1.80 meters wide), a couch (which also makes an ideal sleeper sofa) with a table, and a dresser. We make up the beds for you, so you don’t need to bring any bedding. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, sink, toilet, washing machine, mirror cabinet, and hair dryer. Hand towels and bath towels are provided for you in the bathroom cabinet. For recreational activities, a table tennis and darts room is located right next to the vacation rental. There is also a freezer in this room. All rooms in the vacation rental have large windows, some with roller blinds. The terrace is furnished with a table, chairs, a hammock, and lounge chairs. Since the terrace is on the north side of the house, it stays pleasantly cool there even during the day in summer. However, you can enjoy the morning and evening sun on the terrace. Relax in the newly built sauna house and hot tub. Guests heat the sauna and hot tub with firewood. The cost for using the hot tub is 30.00 EUR and for the sauna 20.00 EUR per day of use. If you’d like to use them multiple times, we can also offer you a flat-rate package for your entire vacation stay. Use of the sauna and hot tub will be billed separately on-site. A 20% advance payment via bank transfer is required upon booking. The remaining balance is due in cash on-site. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 a.m. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please let us know your approximate arrival time in advance. Keys will be handed over in person on-site. Two pets are allowed for a fee of 8.00 EUR per pet per night. The visitor’s tax is 1.30 EUR per person per night for guests 18 years of age and older. Children and teenagers ages 6 and older are subject to a visitor’s tax of 0.50 EUR per child or teenager per night. Children under 6 years of age are exempt from the tourist tax. Additional costs: If you’re interested, the sauna and hot tub are available for a fee. The cost is 25.00 EUR for use of the hot tub and 20.00 EUR for the sauna per day of use. If you’d like to use these facilities multiple times, we can also offer you a flat-rate package for your entire stay. Use of the sauna and hot tub will be billed separately on-site.
