This bright and cheerfully furnished, non-smoking one-room apartment is located on the 5th floor of the "Sylter Welle" building, with a view of downtown Westerland.

The living and sleeping area features wood-look vinyl flooring. It includes a large built-in closet with plenty of storage space, a flat-screen TV, and a dining table with two chairs. The “hidden” fold-out bed behind the couch can be unfolded as a single bed (90 x 2.00 m). The building offers public Wi-Fi (service not guaranteed).
In the tiled kitchen, you’ll find, among other things, a capsule coffee machine, a drip coffee maker, a kettle, a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a toaster. A dishwasher rounds out the amenities.
There is a bright shower room/restroom with a hair dryer and heated towel rack.

The bike storage room, laundry room, and trash room are located in the garage. The garbage chute for general waste is located in the stairwell.
