Welcome to Ferienhaus Emil hemma, a cosy holiday home with fenced garden in Järnforsen, located in the heart of Småland. Surrounded by forests, lakes and typical Swedish countryside, the house offers a lovely combination of peace, nature and good facilities for families, couples and friends travelling together.

With approximately 106 m² of living space, Emil hemma accommodates up to 6 guests. The house has 2 separate bedrooms. Additional sleeping space is available on a sofa bed in the living room, allowing the holiday home to be used flexibly by larger groups.

The cosy living area with sofa and seating corner invites you to relax after a day outdoors. Especially on cooler days, the traditional Swedish tiled stove creates a warm and comfortable atmosphere and perfectly complements the typical Swedish character of the house.

For entertainment, Wi-Fi, television, books and board games are available. A desk also provides a quiet place for working or writing.

The open-plan kitchen connected to the living area is extensively equipped for self-catering. Facilities include a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, additional freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and blender. Crockery, cutlery and essential kitchen utensils are also provided.

The house has 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower and bathtub. A separate guest toilet is also available.

Emil hemma is also well equipped for longer stays. Guests can use a washing machine and tumble dryer. An iron, ironing board and drying rack are also provided.

Air conditioning offers additional comfort and helps maintain pleasant indoor temperatures.

The holiday home is set on a property of approximately 2,200 m² with a garden and plenty of space to relax. Garden furniture, sun loungers and a charcoal barbecue invite you to enjoy long summer evenings outdoors.

The property is fenced, which is particularly practical for families and guests travelling with dogs.

Up to 2 dogs are welcome for an additional fee.

The area around Järnforsen is ideal for a nature-focused holiday in Sweden. A disused railway line runs directly behind the property and is perfect for peaceful walks.

A swimming and fishing lake can be reached in approximately 10 minutes on foot. During summer, you can swim, fish or simply spend relaxing hours by the water.

The surrounding forests also offer numerous opportunities for hiking, cycling and collecting berries and mushrooms.

The landscape can also be enjoyed actively during winter. Cross-country skiing and skiing opportunities are available in the region.

The location in Småland is also ideal for excursions. Vimmerby with Astrid Lindgren’s World is within easy reach and is a particularly popular destination for families.

The area around Lönneberga, several moose parks and numerous lakes and natural areas can also easily be combined with a stay in Järnforsen.
