Our fully equipped, 60-square-meter MarMontaña vacation apartment—which we use ourselves for part of the year—has two bedrooms, one of which features a double sofa bed and an office workspace, and is perfect for couples or a family with one child. It’s centrally located, 200 meters from the pedestrian zone and 300 meters from the beach promenade. Supermarkets, pharmacies, parks, cafés, and restaurants are all within a few minutes’ walk. MarMontaña is located on the 3rd floor without an elevator (please note: you’ll need to carry your luggage; the apartment is not wheelchair accessible) in a quiet residential complex. This is a non-smoking apartment; no parties or bachelor/bachelorette parties allowed. Free street parking is available.
