Here you’ll find a large terrace with seating and a covered entrance. Behind the house is another terrace with a garden.

The underfloor heating and radiators are powered by a heat pump.

The windows have electric shutters, and the front door is opened via a keypad lock with a numeric code.
Free, secure Wi-Fi; the password and QR code are posted on a bulletin board in the entryway.

You can park your car in our parking lot in front of the house. There is also a lockable bike shed with a charging station here, and the trash cans are located in front of it.
The vacation home is suitable for families with children ages 7 and up and babies.

Our cozy vacation home, which sleeps up to 4 people and offers 100 square meters of living space on two levels with 2 bedrooms, warmly welcomes you to the Eifel National Park. Located on a hill on the outskirts of a village, a fantastic panoramic view awaits you. Explore nature on the Stocksweg trail, through fields, meadows, and forests.
You can reach the “Am Baumwipfel” vacation home via an easily accessible staircase.
Here, you’ll find a large terrace with seating and a covered entrance. Behind the house is another terrace with a garden.
Step inside and feel the harmony of the home.
You’ll be greeted by an entryway with a coat rack, mirror, and shoe rack.
Next, you’ll enter the open-concept kitchen-living area, equipped with a dishwasher, a stove with a ceramic cooktop, and a fridge-freezer; a Thermomix is also available to borrow.
A cozy dining area for 4 people awaits you.
The vacation rental features two fully equipped bedrooms:
One bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed (with an open footboard), a wardrobe, and an exercise bike.
Via a small loft, where a desk is provided for your use, you can access the other spacious bedroom with a king-size bed measuring 2.00 x 2.00 m (open foot end), nightstands and lamps, a wardrobe, and a dresser.
You reach the large living room with its floor-to-ceiling windows via a staircase. It’s a great place to live and relax.
The bathroom, with a shower and toilet, is adjacent to the living room.

If you are bringing a pet, please book it directly online (€20/day; 1 dog allowed, other pets not permitted). If this is not possible, please let us know in advance. Since we value good neighborly relations, we ask that you observe the quiet hours from 22.00 - 8.00. Smoking is permitted only on the terraces. Please refrain from open fires, fireworks, and parties. Please use only LED candles inside the house. A 20% deposit will be charged upon booking. The remaining balance is due via bank transfer by the time of arrival. Cancellations made up to 60 days before arrival are free of charge. For cancellations up to 30 days before arrival, 50% of the total price will be charged. Later cancellations will be charged at 90% of the total price. Check-in is available from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Check-out is between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in advance to make arrangements. The standard household electricity rate is included in the utility or energy costs.Electricity for an electric car is billed separately to the guest.
