The "House on the Beach" offers a wonderful Baltic Sea vacation right on Olpenitz Beach. Located in the northern part of Olpenitz, this vacation rental is housed in one of the iconic white beach villas—a four-unit building. Each vacation rental spans three thoughtfully designed levels.

PERFECT LOCATION FOR BEACH LOVERS
The gently sloping sandy beach of Olpenitz Bay is right next to the house. Families and sunbathers will love it. The house faces southwest and offers magnificent sunsets. You can enjoy these spectacular views from the large terrace as well as the spacious rooftop terrace, which offers a beautiful panoramic view of the Baltic Sea.

MODERN AMENITIES AND COMFORTABLE LIVING
The first floor features a bright, open-concept living and dining area. The living area features a cozy sofa, an armchair, and a large TV. The modern, fully equipped kitchen offers everything your heart desires and ensures you’re never alone while cooking. From here, you can step out onto the cozy patio, which features comfortable outdoor furniture, a table, and a grill for relaxing outdoors. It’s perfect for breakfast or social evenings with a view of the water.

WELLNESS AND VIEWS OF THE BALTIC SEA
A Finnish sauna in the studio on the second floor offers pure relaxation. Together with the shower and the spectacular rooftop terrace, it becomes a private wellness oasis. The view of the water from the rooftop terrace is breathtaking.

SLEEPING AREAS THAT OFFER PEACE AND COMFORT
The two bedrooms are located on the first floor. They are comfortably furnished and ensure peaceful nights—with the sound of the ocean even when the windows are open. The master bedroom features a large double bed with nightstands and a spacious closet. The adjoining balcony offers a beautiful view of the water, the marina, and passing sailboats. The second bedroom has two single beds, which can be pushed together upon request.

PRACTICAL AMENITIES FOR A RELAXING BALTIC SEA VACATION
There is a guest restroom on the first floor. Two private parking spaces are available directly in front of the house.
